Overview of one-time admission fees, annual charges, and recurring installment structure for the current academic year.

Important Warnings
- Fee structures are subject to revision at the start of each academic year. Always refer to the current year's prospectus for accurate figures.
- The security deposit is forfeited if a student withdraws during the academic year without completing the required notice period (typically 30 days).
One-Time Admission Charges
The following are charged once at the time of enrollment: • Admission Processing Fee: ₹500 (non-refundable) • Security Deposit: ₹2,000 (refundable at the end of the academic year or on withdrawal, subject to no dues) • Identity Card & Smart Card: ₹200 (covers student ID card and library card) • School Almanac / Diary: ₹150
Annual Charges (Collected at Start of Year)
The following are charged once per academic year: • Annual School Development Fund: ₹1,500 • Academic Material Fee (books, lab manuals, stationery pack): Varies by class (₹800–₹2,500) • Examination Registration Fee: ₹400 (covers all internal examinations) • Co-Curricular Activities Fee: ₹600 (mandatory; covers participation in school events, annual day, sports day)
Monthly Tuition Installments
Tuition fees are collected in monthly installments. Rates vary by class: • Classes 1–5: ₹1,200/month • Classes 6–8: ₹1,600/month • Classes 9–10: ₹2,000/month • Classes 11–12: ₹2,400/month Installments are due on or before the 10th of each month. Late payments attract a ₹100 surcharge per month after the due date.
Optional Charges
The following are charged only if applicable: • School Transport Fee: ₹800–₹1,400/month depending on distance zone • Meal Programme (Tiffin): ₹900/month • Additional Co-Curricular Modules (Classical Dance, Robotics Club, etc.): ₹400–₹800/term All optional services must be enrolled in at the start of the academic year through the school office.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can fees be paid in instalments?
Annual charges can sometimes be split into two instalments (beginning and mid-year) upon prior written request to the Accounts Clerk. Monthly tuition is already an instalment — further splitting is not available.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes — a 10% sibling concession is applied to the second and subsequent siblings enrolled simultaneously. This is applied automatically by the Accounts Clerk on fee generation. Contact the accounts desk if it doesn't appear.
